Customer Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How many pneumatic tools can a medium-sized compressor power simultaneously?

A: Depends on the air consumption of the specific tools. For example, the KDP-12/7 (12 m³/min) can typically power simultaneously: 2-3 medium-sized hand-held rock drills, OR 4-6 heavy-duty impact wrenches/tampers, OR 1 large Down-the-Hole (DTH) drill (needs verification based on the drill model). It is recommended to calculate the total Air Consumption based on your tool list for accurate sizing.

Q: Is the equipment safe to operate on a slope?

A: The KDP series features a reliable parking brake (hand brake). However, for prolonged parking or operation on steep slopes, additional wheel chocks must be used, and the equipment should be kept as level and stable as possible. Detailed safety operation instructions are in the Instruction Book; please adhere to them strictly.
