R&D Engineer:

Job Responsibilities: ▪ Product R&D and Design ▪ Responsible for the research and development of new air compressor products, including design planning, technical selection, and performance optimization. ▪ Continuously improve existing products to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase market competitiveness. ▪ Technical Solution Development ▪ According to customer needs and market trends, formulate technical solutions and product plans that are in line with the company's development strategy. ▪ Participate in the preliminary evaluation of the project and provide technical feasibility analysis and risk assessment reports. ▪ Project Management ▪ Serves as the project leader to comprehensively manage the progress, quality and cost of the air compressor R&D project. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that the project is delivered on time and meets customer needs. ▪ Material Selection and Testing ▪ Responsible for selecting suitable air compressor materials and components to ensure product reliability and safety. Test and verify new materials and components to ensure that they meet design requirements and industry standards. ▪ Performance Testing and Optimization ▪ Comprehensively test the performance of air compressors, including key indicators such as efficiency, energy consumption, and noise. Optimize performance based on test results to improve the overall performance and market competitiveness of the product. ▪ Technical Support and Service ▪ Provide professional technical support to sales teams and customers, answer technical questions, and assist in solving technical problems. ▪ Participate in the analysis and processing of customer feedback issues and provide timely and effective solutions. Job Requirements: ▪ Bachelor’s degree or above, graduated from air compressors, mechanical engineering, energy and power, fluid machinery, and other related majors. ▪ Possess a solid professional theoretical foundation and rich practical experience and be able to independently undertake R&D tasks. Skills and Abilities: ▪ Proficient in design software and simulation analysis tools such as CAD and CAE and be able to carry out complex product design and analysis work. ▪ Possess good communication skills and teamwork skills and be able to effectively cooperate with different departments and teams. ▪ Possess a strong sense of innovation and learning ability, be able to keep up with industry development trends, and continuously improve their own technical level. Work Experience: ▪ More than 5 years of work experience in air compressor R&D or related fields, familiar with industry standards and specifications. ▪ Those with successful R&D project experience will be given priority and can provide relevant project cases and results presentations. ▪ Language and cross-cultural communication skills Possess good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to conduct professional English technical exchanges and document writing. ▪ Possess cross-cultural communication skills, be able to adapt to a global work environment, and work with colleagues from different countries and regions.
